Centrally located, the Karachi Expo Centre is a purpose-built facility with six spacious halls and has the capacity to hold 300 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors as well as a fully equipped conference room on the first floor. On the mezzanine there is a spacious cafeteria that comfortably seat 250 people.

The Karachi Expo Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art telecommunication and security facilities. The entire complex is centrally air-conditioned, has adequate warehousing facilities and a parking area for 2,500 cars.

The Pearl Continental Hotel is a 5-Star hotel centrally located in the heart of Lahore, 25 minutes away from the Allama Iqbal International Airport. The Pearl Continental Hotel offers the largest banquet and conference facilities in Pakistan at about 56,000 sq. ft., and can accommodate up to 30,000 visitors and 120 exhibitors. In-house audio-visual services are also available.

The Jinnah Convention Centre is located next to the Diplomatic Enclave. The Centre can accommodate up to 20,000 visitors and 110 exhibitors. The main conference hall on the ground floor has a seating capacity of 314 people and the gallery area can accommodate up to 1,630 people. The second floor has a media room with a seating capacity for 80 people and a press briefing room that can accommodate 40 to 50 people. Arrangements can be made for fax, telex, data transfer, photocopies and other communication facilities. The parking area has space for over 500 cars.
